About the role: 

We're hiring an executive assistant to support the Chief of Staff / Head of Product at Cache Labs. The role involves managing daily operations, coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle vendor communications efficiently.
• Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups using ClickUp or GHL.
• Prepare and organize documentation, including decks, briefs, and SOPs, while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Consolidate basic data and reports, update dashboards, and prepare end-of-day (EOD) summaries for leadership visibility.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, operations, or project coordination roles (startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and ownership.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and execute tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and task management tools like ClickUp or GHL.
