Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Have a very strong followup on all delegated work
  • Believe in results rather than excuses. Ensure team performance is measured and relevant MIS is prepared regularly
  • Be responsible for proper SOP being followed by team members
  • Head the office administartion

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
