Job Description

Job Description:

1. Recognize and respond to operational and emergency situations,

2. Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery standards are met,

3. Training of on-site teams on housekeeping standards,

4. Maintain inventory of all housekeeping materials and consumables,

5. Responsible for conducting detailed check of facility,

6. Carry out monthly visits and regular audits at all offices in area,

7. Ensure availability of transport for business requirements,

8. Optimize electricity, transport, pantry and house-keeping costs,

9. Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction within timelines,

10.Ensure compliance to organization guidelines and benchmarks.

Education Required:

Diploma / Engineering/ Graduation + MBA
