Executive – Indirect Tax (GST)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Executive - Indirect Tax (GST) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST compliance, reconciliation, audits, assessments, and advisory, along with a strong understanding of GST laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle GST return filing and ensure timely compliance.
• Conduct GST reconciliations between GSTR-2A/2B and books of accounts.
• Manage GST registrations, amendments, and related compliances.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GST laws, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in GST audits, assessments, and departmental proceedings.
• Draft and prepare replies to GST notices.
• Provide support on GST implications for various business transactions.
• Assist in GST-related advisory and litigation support.
• Keep track of changes in GST laws, notifications, circulars, and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for GST-related requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in GST/Indirect Tax.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST compliance and regulations.
• Hands-on experience in GST return filing and reconciliation.
• Experience with GST audits, assessments, and notices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple GST compliance activities
