Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate departmental activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Operational Assistance
- Support departmental processes and projects under the guidance of senior staff.
- Track and update records, databases, and inventories.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Communication & Coordination
- Assist in internal and external communications, including emails and calls.
- Provide timely updates to managers and team members on tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Learning & Development
- Quickly learn department processes, tools, and workflows.
- Assist in research, data collection, and analysis as needed.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or relevant discipline).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of work experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and office tools.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
