A Position Overview

Position Title	Executive -MIS
Department	Partnership Distribution
Level/ Band	Executive

Role Summary:

To track renewal & initial payment process and resolve sales queries
Work with Branch/IT and ensure payment method is recorded in Talic as per agreed TAT
To coordinate with bank and share relevant files/documents for processing Initial & Renewal Payment
Preparation of MIS and circulate to relevant stakeholder
To coordinate with vendors & get transactions processed on time & also system enhancements
Process autopay & payment related transactions

Coordination with Branch/Bank/Sales/Vendor for Initial & Renewal payment process

Internal Stake Holders

Preparation of renewal premium debit file.
Updation of autopay methods in Talic system.
Preparation of MIS and share with stakeholders
Tracking of autopay & premium collection status in TALIC system.
Preparation of MBR reports & PPT for management & Stakeholders
Works on system enhancements& do the RCR for issues & fix it with the help of IT.
