Karur Vysya Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive for our Management Information Systems (MIS) team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the bank's operations by generating, analyzing, and presenting data in a meaningful way to facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to create comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and tools to track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to understand their data needs and provide customized reporting solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular audits and validations.
- Assist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting trends and insights that support strategic planning.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in data management and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, database management, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
