Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads to join our Search Arbitrage team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of running and optimizing Meta campaigns under the CPL (Cost Per Lead) model and should be capable of managing campaigns independently without requiring training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Work on CPL-based campaigns for the Search Arbitrage model.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative testing to improve campaign results.
  • Track campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and optimization strategies.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Good understanding of CPL campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of audience targeting, campaign structure, and ad optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics.

Eligibility

6 months 1 year of experience in running Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Freshers with strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and CPL campaigns can also apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
