Job Description

About The Role

As an E-commerce Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our online marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms. You will manage order processing, inventory accuracy, listing updates, claims, reconciliations, and cross-functional coordination to deliver a seamless customer and partner experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse, finance, and marketplace teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily customer orders and purchase orders across marketplace channels and monitor dispatch and delivery until closure.
  • Maintain accurate inventory across all platforms and proactively highlight stock-outs, ageing inventory, and stock mismatches.
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings, pricing, and content while ensuring timely launch of new SKUs.
  • Track returns, damages, shortages, and reimbursement claims, and coordinate with marketplace and 3PL partners for timely resolution.
  • Support payment, settlement, commission, and claim reconciliations with the Finance team.
  • Prepare and maintain daily operational MIS, including fill rate, SLA adherence, dispatch status, inventory reports, and order tracking.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues and close open tickets.
  • Ensure accuracy in operational processes while maintaining platform compliance and service level agreements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain support, or a similar back-office role.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Quick Commerce vendor portals.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleaning.
  • Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
  • Exposure to payment reconciliation, claims management, or settlement processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for pets and the pet care industry is a plus.
