Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve video and motion creative strategy, translating brand and business priorities into a modern, scalable content and storytelling ecosystem.
- Drive innovation by exploring new storytelling techniques and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of creative innovation, while delivering high-quality work and ensuring brand integrity, accessibility, and risk/compliance alignment.
- Build, inspire, and mentor a diverse, high-performing creative team - including art directors, motion designers, and editors - fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Partner with creative directors, producers, strategists, marketers, and account teams to ensure every video is strategy-led.
- Manage the planning and oversight of enterprise-wide budgets, resource allocation, and strategic vendor partnerships to maximize creative impact and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a senior creative advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders, providing best-in-class creative counsel, and strategic recommendations.
Skills Required
- Agency and Corporate experience is a must
- Visionary leadership with proven ability to clearly articulate and sell transformative creative ideas.
- Mastery of live-action, animation, experiential, and interactive media production like Adobe Creative Cloud applications (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), along with Cinema 4D and hands-on experience in AI tools.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, audience analytics, and content performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder-management and strategic negotiation abilities.
- Strong business acumen to align creative ambitions with commercial objectives
