CTC: 10 LPA (approx.)

Experience: 2-5 years

Role:

An in-house management consultant to the MD. Structured, data-led, hypothesis-driven — solving the company's most important problems, end to end.

Responsibilities:

Speciality steels Project reports and decision frameworks for our entry into speciality steels.

Data & value chain Collect data, map the value chain end to end, find where value leaks.

Decision decks Presentations that lead the directors to clear decisions.

Project management Gantt charts, milestones and follow-up until every action closes.

Technology & vendors Benchmark global vendors, consumables and steel technologies.

Systems Design systems and dashboards; turn plant data into insight.

Customers Understand customer needs and business models.

Cross-functional Drive work across marketing, HR, production, IT and more.

Government Draft letters and representations to officials.

AI & automation Write strong prompts; build small automations

Qualification:

• Engineering degree + MBA (preferred)
• 2–5 years, incl. a management or consulting role
• Structured thinker; strong in Excel and PowerPoint
• Crisp writer, confident speaker
• English and Hindi; Marathi a plus
• Based in Jalna — on-site, full-time
