Role : Executive_ Maintenance
- Overall Plant Maintenance: Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the process plant by maintaining complete mechanical health of equipment and utilities.
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance as per PM schedules; lead breakdown maintenance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintenance Planning & Cost Control: Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, optimize spare usage, and control maintenance costs.
- Team & Contractor Management: Lead technicians and contractors, plan and assign duties, supervise maintenance activities, and review job execution and performance.
- Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Ensure timely availability of critical spares through effective planning and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, statutory norms, and company standards.
- Other tasks:

- Participate in LEAN, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support audits (internal/external) and maintain audit documentation.
- Prepare, update, and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and company maintenance documentation
- Key stakeholders:

- Internal Stakeholders:
- Coordinate with Production, Quality/EHS, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth maintenance, compliance, spare availability, and plant improvements.
- External Stakeholders:
- Work with OEMs, vendors, contractors, and auditors for technical support, maintenance execution, and audit compliance.
- Working Relationship:
- Collaborative, proactive, and cross-functional coordination to ensure reliable plant operations.
- Industrial/technical background
Describe the expected background of the employee e.g., types of relevant experience with various industries, technologies, strategic competencies, requirements, knowledge.
- Experience in process plants such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, or similar industries.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Process plant maintenance
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance systems, TPM, LEAN practices, SAP.
- Exposure to ISO, GMP documentation, and audit handling
- Familiarity with CMMS / SAP,PM planning tools is preferred.
- Expected educational background & years of experience from a similar position
Relevant Educational Backgrounds
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- Diploma with extensive relevant experience may be considered (optional, if applicable)
Relevant Professional Skills
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance
- Spare parts & inventory management
- Budgeting and cost control
- Vendor selection and quality assurance
- Audit documentation (ISO, GMP, FSSAI)
- TPM, LEAN manufacturing principles
Years Of Relevant Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role in a process/manufacturing plant
Language Requirements And Proficiency Level
- English: Professional working proficiency
- Local language (Hindi/ Marathi) : Preferred for shop-floor communication
