Job Role :- Aqua Therapist

Job Responsibilities :-

To act as a connecting link between the Team leader, junior physios and patients

2. To monitor the care delivered and provide necessary consults including Tele consults and home- based care

3. To lead, influence and motivate staff

4. To supervise junior members of staff, oversee their development including training and joint working

5. To facilitate better recovery for patients by providing goal-based care resulting in better outcomes

6. To supervise and setup protocols for junior physios and maintain records, progress reports and assessments of patients

7. To be involved in clinical decision making and goal settings for patients and monitor their progress at small intervals

8. To help further develop the clinical expertise to translate it into Research and publish research articles

Job Specification :-

• Aqua certified
• Masters in Physiotherapy
• 2-4yrs in Aqua therapy
