Responsibilities
- Negotiating with transporters.
- Monitoring shipments.
- Ensure timely delivery through efficient transportation planning.
- Manage export/import documentation process.
- Collaborate with the sales team on shipment scheduling.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, CHA agents, and transporters to optimise delivery.
- Negotiate freight rates, optimise shipping routes, and reduce logistics costs while ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues, such as shipping delays or documentation errors.
