Key Purpose of Role: The Training Coordinator manages employee training programs while supportingwith data-driven insights. The role oversees training logistics, maintains learningdata, analyzes HR and workforce data, and contributes innovative ideas to enhance learning, HR processes, and organizational capability. The employee should also be flexible and open to learning additional responsibilities across the HR domain as needed.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

Training Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate endtoend logistics for internal and external training programs.

  • Plan and execute Training Need Identification exercise

  • Preparemonthlytraining calendars and communication plans.

  • Track nominations, attendance, and posttraining evaluations.

  • Provide on-ground and virtual support during training sessions.

  • Project manage as is New Joiner Induction program

  • Recommendinnovative and engaging training methods.

Learning Administration

  • Maintain training databases, dashboards, and LMS records accurately.

  • Manageenrollments, content uploads, and completion tracking.

  • Generate training MIS reports and analytics for leadership.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with training vendors, certification partners, and consultants.

  • Manage vendorPRcreation andtrackagreementrenewals(if any).

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning gaps and propose creative solutions.

Content & Program Support

  • Develop and enhance trainingprocess

  • Support onboarding and induction programs with fresh and innovative ideas.

Process Automation & Improvement

  • Build dashboards and automated reports using Excel or Power BI.

  • Recommend process improvements and innovative reporting enhancements.

  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Expectations for Skills & Experience:

. 2-6 years of experience in Training Coordination, L&D, HR Operations, or HRBP support.

. Stronganalytical skills with experience in HR data reporting and dashboards.

. Proficiencyin MS Excel, Power BI, and LMS platforms.

. Abilityto propose innovative ideas and continuously improve HR processes.

. Flexibilityto learn and take on additional responsibilities across various HR functions.

. Certificationsin L&D, data analytics, or HR tools (preferred but optional).

. Experience with virtual training tools/delivering trainings will be addedadvantage.

Landis+Gyr was originally known as Electrotechnisches Institut Theiler and Company, established on September 11, 1905. It was renamed Landis & Gyr, after Heinrich Landis and Karl Heinrich Gyr, who followed founder Richard Theiler as managers. Landis+Gyr designs and manufactures a range of metering products, systems, and services for electricity, heat, and gas for energy utilities around the world. In 1924, Landis+Gyr opened its first overseas offices in New York and Australia.
