Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Executive Junior Interior Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing lighting layouts, preparing technical drawings, creating mood boards, and supporting the design process based on project drawings and design briefs provided by the team. This role requires a strong eye for design, technical proficiency, and a willingness to learn architectural lighting design while contributing to the successful execution of diverse lighting projects.

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Bachelor of Design (B.Des.)
1-2 years of experience in related field
Proficient in AutoCAD & Adobe Photoshop
Working knowledge of Sketchup & Microsoft Office suite
Strong creative and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing lighting concepts based on architectural and interior design drawings received from clients.
- Prepare lighting layouts in AutoCAD as per project requirements.
- Create shop drawings, fixture marking plans, looping drawings, sections, and detailing.
- Develop mood boards and professional client presentations showcasing lighting concepts.
- Prepare working drawings for lighting and furniture layouts.
- Generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on approved lighting layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, builders, and the internal sales team to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
- Revise drawings and presentations based on client feedback.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
- Assist in product selection and specification for various lighting applications.
- Support the project team during design development and execution stages.
Requirements
