Executive/ Jr. Manager/ Asst. Manager- GST

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced GST professional to manage GST return filing, tax reconciliations, Input Tax Credit (ITC) verification and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST operations, strong analytical skills and working knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B within statutory timelines.
• Reconcile GSTR-2B with the purchase register and verify ITC eligibility.
• Verify GST invoices, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes and e-way bills.
• Assist in GST audits, departmental notices, assessments and statutory compliance.
• Extract and reconcile GST data using SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve GST discrepancies and ensure compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com / M.Com from a recognised institution.
• 4–6 years of practical experience in GST compliance, return filing, ITC verification and reconciliation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• SAP experience preferred; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage.
• Experience in mining, infrastructure or contracting companies will be preferred.
