Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and build long-term, trust-driven relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right jewellery confidently.
- Achieve individual sales targets and support overall business goals.
- Clearly explain gold purity, weight, design details, and value.
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, and concerns with professionalism.
- Assist with stock handling and basic inventory management.
- Maintain clean, elegant, and well-organized jewellery displays.
- Process billing accurately using the POS system.
- Support festive promotions, sales events, and in-store activities.
- Coordinate with the team on social media activities such as product photos, reels, and customer reviews.
- Assist in branding efforts, visual presentation, and promotional initiatives.
- Support other day-to-day and miscellaneous activities as required.
