Position Overview:

The Executive Finance will be an integral part of the FP&A team at the ITC Hotels Limited Corporate Office, Gurugram and will contribute towards performance management and strategic insights across the diverse hotel portfolio of ITC Hotels. This role offers significant exposure to financial planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across owned, managed, and subsidiary properties.

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of monthly performance reports and weekly forecasts
• Detailed Budget vs Actual vs Previous Year analysis with variance insights
• Partnering with operations and other functions to drive actionable business decisions
• Coordination across hotels
• Assisting in annual budgeting and planning cycles

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Overall experience of 2 years and above in a similar role.
• CA Inter / MBA Finance / M Com.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Points and dashboards.
• Experience in financial modelling.
• Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle systems.
• Good understanding of Ind AS, Taxation & GST.

This role will be based out of the ITC Hotels Limited Corporate Office - ITC Green Centre, Gurugram.
