Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive-IT based in Meerut. The Executive-IT will manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, ensure efficient troubleshooting of IT issues, oversee network administration, and maintain the organization's information technology systems. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless IT service delivery and system functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Strong expertise in Network Administration and related tasks
• Experience in Information Technology and IT Operations management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in similar IT roles is an advantage
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
