1.Role Summary:
a)Ensure smooth working of Investments Cash Flows, Banking & Settlement, Fund Accounting and declaration of daily NAV.
b)Understanding of Regulatory and Internal guidelines related to settlement of trades across all assets classes viz., G Sec, Corporate Debt, Equity, MMI and other instruments
c)SAP Investment Management System (IMS) -
(i)Settlement of all types of trades within system and with counterparties
(ii)Addressing day to day Banking & Accounting requirements and
(iii)New Development / enhancement with successful completion of UAT testing
d)Month / Quarter end activities and accounting
e)MIS, Reporting and Analytical.

DKey Responsibility Areas
1)Prime responsibility would ensure smooth working of Investment Back Office - from morning Cash Flows to daily EOD activities |
2)Ensure compliance of all regulatory and internal guidelines on day-to-day basis related to deal settlement for all type of assets classes |
3)Updation and implementation of SOP Back Office |
4)Managing various Investments Audits and ensure its smooth closureswith Nil observation |
5)Liaising with Banks, Custodian, Auditors & Vendors |
6)Strengthening of MIS and share its analytical & data / MIS for Board and its Committees |
7)Carrying out month / quarter end accounting & Investment schedules |
8)Ensure smooth working of Investment System and carrying out UAT for new requirements. |
9)Grooming team members |
