Job Description
BYLD Group is looking for an Executive – Internal Audit to support data verification, onboarding documentation, invoice checking, and payout validation activities.
The role is more aligned with MIS and backend operations work, requiring strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and coordination with internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Verify employee onboarding and KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, salary details, and location details.
- Maintain and update audit trackers, reports, and MIS data in Excel.
- Validate staffing invoices and employee payout data as per records.
- Review and verify invoice details, payout status, and employee records.
- Prepare and manage Excel reports for audit and operational activities.
- Use Excel formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data filters for data validation and report management.
- Coordinate with onboarding, operations, and finance teams for document and data verification.
- Identify data mismatches or missing information and follow up with concerned teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in MIS Executive, backend operations, data management, or similar roles.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
