Experienced Revenue Assurance & Billing Executive specializing in Postpaid operations for African markets. Skilled in identifying revenue leakages, fraud risks, and process gaps through endtoend reconciliations across IT and billing systems. Hands-on experience in managing billing validations, resolving customer complaints (NRC/RC/discount mismatches), and performing daily controls, trend analysis, VAS rating, and prebiling checks. Proficient in DBeaver and SingleView billing databases, with strong expertise in running billing cycle queries, validating rental/discount/usage/tax components, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate bill run approvals.
