Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to OTC support call .
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints timely.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Taking prompt action on customer query & the incidents as per standard process.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints as per standard process
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure to follow all compliances related to work flow.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements :

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate or any certification related to technical field
  • Good communication skills - English and Hindi is MUST (Tamil will be added advantage)
  • Experience in OTC will add more value.
  • Understanding of various MS & Vendors operations , ATM & recyclers error codes will be added advantage .
  • Ready to work in shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night incl. Weekends)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team
  • Should be able to interact with Bank s and service providers .
  • Analytical skills on chronical events .
