Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to 3D Printing solutions, simulation software, and engineering services, with a strong understanding of customer engagement and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Promote and sell solutions related to 3D Printing, simulation, and engineering services.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and field sales teams for demos and closures.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to drive conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales (B2B preferred).
  • Prior experience or knowledge in:
  • 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing.
  • Simulation tools like Ansys.
  • Engineering solutions/services (e.g., Intech ecosystem).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing.
  • Experience in selling technical or industrial products/services.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or R&D sectors.
