We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to 3D Printing solutions, simulation software, and engineering services, with a strong understanding of customer engagement and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Promote and sell solutions related to 3D Printing, simulation, and engineering services.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and field sales teams for demos and closures.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales (B2B preferred).
- Prior experience or knowledge in:
- 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing.
- Simulation tools like Ansys.
- Engineering solutions/services (e.g., Intech ecosystem).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing.
- Experience in selling technical or industrial products/services.
- Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or R&D sectors.
