Role Purpose

Responsible for managing Branch Validation Process and relationship with branch specs & Performing User acceptance testing for newly launched changes.

Role Accountability

  1. Ensure closure on branch validation and lien marking applications
  2. Relationship building with partner banks
  3. Billing for the process
  4. Internal audits for process hygiene
  5. Policy formulation in regular interaction with risk team and banks
  6. Branch refreshers on change of policy
  7. Channelize and distribute the daily volume to banks accordingly (SBI- Gurgaon and Chennai, SBI Associates & Partner Banks )
  8. Inter department and intra department co-ordination w.r.t. the process
  9. Launch and testing of new programs
  10. Discussion on new programs launches
  11. Ensure closure on Testing and rollout with in timelines
  12. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for new changes
  13. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

Measures of Success

  1. Adherence to branch validation guidelines & company categorization guidelines rolled out by Risk function
  2. Adherence to new program launch guidelines rolled out by Credit function
  3. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Knowledge of Origination process/tools
  2. Understanding of credit policy framework
