Industry: Pharmaceutical Warehouse
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct new employee orientation and ensure proper documentation.
Address employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain and update employee records as per organizational requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime records for accurate payroll.
Organize workshops on workplace ethics, safety, and compliance.
Assist in implementing HR policies tailored to warehouse operations.
Taking care administrative task
Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and ethical standards.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the warehouse.
Manage vendor for office supplies, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
Ensure proper functioning of warehouse infrastructure, including utilities and equipment.
Managing R&R activities and other Employee Engagement Activities
Coordinate with external stakeholders for administrative needs and approvals.
Manage attendance and files of 3rd Party like Housekeeping, Security, Canteen and other manpower supplier
Sending salary inputs to HO HR team.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Management or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Requirement:Strong understanding of HR functions
Proficiency in MS Office, MS excel and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Knowledge of Attendance and leave management
Able to manage HR operations of entire Warehouse
Experience of Warehouse/Logistics or Manufacturing unit will be preferred
