Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, headhunting, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research for open positions.
Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assessments.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.
- Follow up for feedback, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Coordinate with clients via calls and emails regarding open positions and candidate feedback.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
- Build strong professional relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
Negotiation & Offer Management
- Handle salary negotiation and offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Ensure smooth closure and onboarding of candidates.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports in Excel.
- Update and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
Employer Branding & Communication
- Support employer branding initiatives and social media hiring campaigns.
- Represent the organization professionally in all candidate and client interactions.
