Executive - HR Operations
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations while ensuring efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience. The role involves handling employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR records and systems, supporting employee relations, coordinating training initiatives, and driving HR process improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and processes in compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate documentation related to employee records, letters, and HR compliance.
2. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Address employee concerns professionally and escalate complex matters where required.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and overall employee experience.
3. HR Systems & Technology
- Maintain and update HRMS and employee databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards as required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth functioning of HR systems and tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Facilitate or support training sessions on HR policies, compliance requirements, and workplace best practices.
- Maintain training records and assist in tracking learning initiatives.
5. HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in HR initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR processes, policies, and projects.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance HR service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resources.
- Sound knowledge of HR operations, employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset.
