About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive / Senior Executive to support and manage end-to-end HR operations processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, data accuracy, and employee support while maintaining confidentiality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Ensure timely issuance of employment letters, confirmations, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.

HR Operations & Administration

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related queries.
Manage and update HRMS data and employee information.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Generate regular HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

Payroll & Benefits Support

Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and new joiner/exit information.
Liaise with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely salary processing.
Support employee benefits administration including insurance, wellness initiatives, and other HR programs.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR documentation and audit-ready records.
Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.

Employee Support

Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Facilitate smooth communication between employees and management.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
2–6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.
Experience working with HRMS platforms and payroll coordination.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
