Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Corporate HR team. As an HRBP Executive, you will play a critical role in fostering employee engagement, providing support to HR Business Partners, and driving HR-related initiatives across multiple locations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Build strong relationships with employees across Mumbai, Chennai, Gurgaon, Pune, and Bangalore (virtually or physically) by addressing queries, providing support, and ensuring positive employee experience.
  • New Joiner Engagement: Organize fun activities, connect with new joiners and create engaging newsletters to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Attrition Management: Prepare Attrition MIS reports and conduct exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • New Joiner Check-ins: Conduct regular check-ins with new joiners at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure their successful integration into the organization.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars for senior HR Business Partners and assist in planning larger engagement initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide support on various HR-related tasks, including learning calendar management, PPTs, MIS reports, and review data analysis.
  • HR Support: Serve as the sole off-roll support for approximately 1300 employees in India IIQ business and provide additional HR MIS/connect support for the CG India team (360+ employees).
