Company Description Exaccountic Advisory LLP is a professional services firm specializing in bookkeeping, accounts finalization, tax compliance, audits and advisory services for US CPA firms. We are based out of Bangalore (Whitefield).

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive HR and Administrative Assistant role.

  • The individual in this role will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, coordinating recruitment activities, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. They will handle routine payroll and expenses reimbursment process including payment of statutory liabilities.
  • Employee leave management and related approvals.
  • Addressing employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist with performance review coordination and HR documentation. The role also involves general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, coordinating office logistics, and assisting leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Vendor expenses and payment management- Review of quotations from different vendors and generating PO until the execution of the work.
  • Review effective team members utilization and project management drives to initiate appropriate deployment on different clients based on skill set.

The Executive HR and Administrative Assistant will work closely with HR leadership and management to ensure smooth office operations and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in HR Management and HR Operations (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with understanding of core HR concepts and best practices.
  • Skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies, with the ability to handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS or HR software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
