Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper located in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort for guests. The Executive Housekeeper will supervise laundry services, manage inventory, train and motivate the housekeeping team, implement quality standards, and address guest inquiries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Driving efficiency while upholding the highest standards of service and presentation will be crucial to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry services and oversight of linen and garment care
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and guests
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance positive experiences
• Excellent Organization skills for managing housekeeping schedules, inventory, and operational tasks
• Experience in Training and developing housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards
• Adequate knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Candidates from other Industries will not be reviewed.
• This role involves providing direct personal assistance and support to women in sensitive settings. Candidates must be able to work effectively in environments where privacy and comfort considerations are paramount
