Executive Housekeeper

ProHire Network Recruitment & Training is currently partnering with a luxury resort in Kerala to recruit an experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage the housekeeping operations.

This role requires a professional with a strong luxury hospitality background who can maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee entire housekeeping department operations

Maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation standards across rooms and public areas

Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team

Conduct room inspections and quality control checks

Manage linen, inventory, and housekeeping supplies

Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B departments

Ensure guest satisfaction and quick resolution of housekeeping concerns

Requirements

Must have previous experience in a Luxury Hotel or Luxury Resort

Proven experience as Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

Ability to manage large housekeeping teams and operations

Good English communication skills
