Education & Experience: Law graduate with 45 years of relevant experience.
Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and understand Marathi documents; candidate should be Maharashtrian / Marathi-speaking.
Legal Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of land laws applicable in Maharashtra.
Documentation Skills: Experience in drafting and vetting legal documents such as agreements, conveyance deeds, Power of Attorney, possession receipts, etc.
Technical & MIS Skills: Computer proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to maintain MIS and legal records.
