Job Description

For one of our client in Chennai

Key Responsibilities

A. Leadership Hiring Coordination

Own the end-to-end coordination for all CXO, VP, Director, and senior leadership roles

across group entities.

Create role briefs, scorecards, and coordinate JD finalization with strategy and business

heads.

Support the CSO in aligning requirements across entities and functions.

B. Consultant & Partner Management

Act as the primary contact for all executive search firms and recruitment consultants.

Conduct weekly/bi-weekly check-ins, pipeline reviews, and ensure SLA adherence.

Drive quality of profiles and ensure timely delivery from partners.

C. Interview & Evaluation Management

Coordinate interviews, panel alignment, documentation, and feedback loops.

Maintain structured candidate evaluation sheets for the Strategy team.

Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

D. Governance, Tracking & Reporting

Maintain dashboards, tracking sheets, and hiring MIS for all active mandates.

Prepare weekly hiring updates for the CSO and Strategy leadership.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in candidate records and compensation discussions.

E. Offer Management & Closure Support

Coordinate reference checks, offer rollouts (in coordination with HR), and final joining

confirmations.

Act as the single point of follow-up and communication with selected candidates.

Experience

510 years of experience in leadership/executive hiring.

Prior experience in executive search firms preferred OR senior-level hiring roles in corporates.

Proven track record managing senior stakeholders (CXOs/Heads of Business).

Skills

Strong project management and coordination skills.

High follow-through, structured working style, and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to handle confidential data and high-pressure roles.

Strong stakeholder management across Strategy, CHRO office, and business heads.

4. Qualifications

MBA in HR or related field preferred.

Strong working knowledge of executive hiring processes, compensation structures, and

consultant management.
