5-7 years of experience in Agrochemical formulation development /optimization.
Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Knowledge of equipment handling like Aie jet mill, Bead mill, Particle size analyzer, Extruder, FBD etc.
Conducting laboratory experiments to develop agrochemical formulations (e.g., WP, SC, EC, ZC, WDG, FS, SG, SL) to ensure desired efficacy, stability, and shelf-life.
Providing technical guidance on formulation processes, troubleshooting existing formulations, and potentially developing new formulation ideas to improve quality or cost-effectiveness.
Familiarity with agrochemical formulation regulations and compliance standards. Awareness of CIPAC, FAO and FCO guidelines
Literature survey for new / ongoing projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Manage scale-up of projects from laboratory to production scale.
Prepare presentations, compilation of experiment data, technical reports, and support the scale-up of formulations from lab to manufacturing.
