Job Description
- Head IT Operations, IT related projects and solutions to be delivered and deployed effectively as quality standards
- Lead IT infrastructure and operations at a large scale. Manage budgets with a high focus on procurement and governance of operations and systems
- Experience in formulating IT strategies and executing the same
- Set up and execute the digital banking ecosystem - from design and development, to maintenance and implementation across core banking solutions, products, applications and systems
- Work with cross functional business stakeholders to enable technology as a partner in business deliverables. Also work closely with external partners and vendor stakeholders to drive maximum output and focused development & deliveries
- Closely work with regulatory bodies, ensure compliances are implemented and followed
- Identify and navigate through security threats, vulnerability assessments and ensure all IT controls are in place
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, take the team along to achieve business goals and efficiently manage multiple functions
The Successful Applicant
Mandatory requirements :
- 20 years of experience in Information Technology with 5 years in a leadership position in Private banks/ Public sector Banks/ Foreign banks
- Age (as on 31.07.2023) : Minimum 45 years to Maximum 55 years
- Educational Qualification : Full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering disciplines
Skill Set requirements :
- Strong Tech leadership experience across IT operations, strategy, infrastructure (including DR operations and BCP), budgeting, procurement & governance, etc.
- Extensive working experience on designing, developing and maintaining digital banking solutions with core banking products and applications
- Excellent leadership and technical skills, having worked with multiple stakeholders and managed large scale operations and teams
