MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Executive is to ensure that all QO aircrafts are safely loaded/ Offloaded, load sheet are prepared on time, the documentation including the Load sheet, Dangerous Goods documents, loading instructions (LIR) are done as per the guidelines laid down by Ground Operations Manual and in compliance with DGCA and IATA regulations.
Perform flight Operations department functions.

Carry out the duties and responsibilities as under and also as may be specified by the Company from time to time.
Ground Operations
- Ensuring Cargo is accepted, screened, built up for the flight and delivered as per the laid down procedures.
- Inspect incoming cargo and check the import/export documentation to determine cargo contents, identification of hidden or suspected DG.
- Ensuring the load sheet is prepared as per the load and trim requirements of the W & B manual and the DGCA requirements.
- Monitor and supervise safe on load and offload of the aircraft by Ground handling staff.
- Preparation of Loading /offloading instructions, load sheet, NOTOC, and any other document required by the crew is given on time.
- Safely filling the Cargo / DG Manifest , NOTOC, Fuel Docket, LIR and Loadsheet, and the dangerous goods documents at stations.
- Observe safe ground-handling procedures and maintenance of ground service equipment, including the performance of equipment checks.
- Inspect service providers equipments to ensure the same is serviceable for safe operation.
- Perform duties that of a ramp agent.
- Coordinate with MCC for any additional requirement of grounds support equipment during AOG recovery.
- Familiarize with OCC manual and procedures and proactively keep OCC always advised of the ground level realities in terms of aircraft and cargo readiness for on time departure.
- Assist the Station manager in day to day activities.
Flight Operations
- Maintain close coordination with OCC especially in preparation of the trip-kit and handing over to the crew.
- Support Crew pre-flight medical.
- Coordinate with OCC on various aspects of flight operations of the aircraft from/to the base.
- Management and updation of the regulatory & other documents on-board aircraft and in the base flight dispatch office. And perform related functions, i.e. of documentation, in coordination with OCC/Central Flight Dispatch/Trg Department/Tech Library.
- ARMS data entry and updation.
- Routine administration of the Base flight dispatch office.
SAFETY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Intervene to prevent unsafe conditions developing.
- Reporting potential hazards.
- Reporting incidents, accidents and near misses.
- Being aware of human factors and human factor limitations.
- Familiarising themselves with the Safety Management System.
- Familiarising themselves with the information available in respect of hazards, equipment, procedures and processes relevant to their tasks.
- Identifying quality and safety improvements.
- Cooperating with audits and investigations
OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Reporting Non-Compliance: It is every employee's responsibility to comply with government, state and local laws and regulations, and Company Policies that apply to his or her job. It is also every employee's responsibility to report concerns to his or her supervisor/ Department Head if illegal or unethical behaviour is suspected. Employee is responsible to report any significant instance of suspected non-compliance with a regulatory matter to his or her supervisor /Department Head responsible for enforcement and monitoring.
- Communication with Aviation Authorities: Employee will not communicate with Government bodies or Authorities on behalf of Quikjet or otherwise whilst in the employment of the Company. All communication with authorities will be carried out only through the authorised representatives of the Company.
- Fraud Prevention: Employee is responsible to bring into notice of his or her supervisor /Department Head about any fraud detected as soon as it comes into their notice, in his / her area and elsewhere. Employee has duty towards the organisation in prevention of any act towards perpetration of any fraud and to bring it to the notice of his or her supervisor /Department Head as soon as it is detected.
- Copyright or Ownership of Content: Employee acknowledges that all the content, knowledge, process developed by an employee whilst employed with Quikjet, form the property of Quikjet and the employee has no ownership claim on any intellectual property. Moreover, employee authorizes Quikjet to use their name, pictures and any credentials in a manner it deems fit to fulfil and promote business interests of Quikjet.
- Handover of Duties: On resignation from the Company, employee is responsible to ensure a smooth handover of his responsibilities to the identified resource within the stipulated notice period approved by the Company.
- Budget Control: Responsible to ensure that the expenditure is STRICTLY as per the budgetary allocation.
