Executive GRN & Inventory Operations

We are looking for an experienced Executive to handle GRN validation and marketplace ticketing. The role focuses on identifying discrepancies during in-warding and ensuring timely resolution and recovery.

Responsibilities: 

* Validate GRN data against invoices and marketplace inward reports

* Identify discrepancies such as *shortage, excess, missing, or wrong SKU*

* Raise and track tickets with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

* Maintain required documentation (GRN, images, invoices) for claims

* Follow up for timely closure and resolution

* Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate in-warding and corrections

* Maintain trackers for discrepancies and ticket status

Qualifications & Experience

* 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations / GRN / marketplace ops

* Hands-on experience with in-warding and discrepancy 

* Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
