Role Description

We are looking for a creative, innovative, and AI-native Graphic Designer who is passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance design quality, productivity, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable integrating AI-powered tools into their daily workflow while maintaining strong design fundamentals and creative thinking.

Freshers with an impressive AI-driven portfolio and candidates with 2–3 years of graphic design experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, website banners, advertisements, packaging, presentations, and marketing collateral.

·       Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, design development, image generation, content creation, and creative experimentation.

·       Develop engaging visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

·       Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, and Branding teams to create impactful campaigns.

·       Generate and refine AI-assisted visuals while ensuring quality, consistency, and brand relevance.

·       Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design trends, and creative technologies.

·       Manage multiple design projects and deliver outputs within deadlines.

·       Assist in video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation whenever required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Kling, Runway, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Ability to combine human creativity with AI capabilities to deliver high-quality and innovative designs.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing AI-assisted design projects and creative outputs.

Required Skills

Design Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of branding and social media creative design.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage.

AI & Technology Skills

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for image, video, and content creation.
• Ability to evaluate, edit, and enhance AI-generated outputs.
• Understanding of AI-driven creative workflows and automation tools.

Soft Skills

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI tools, graphic design, or digital media will be an added advantage.
