Your Profile

• Own the full creative process - brief, concept, design, delivery
• Design campaign collateral for live events, concerts, sports, and entertainment properties
• Strong understanding of maintaining brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• Expertise in adapting master creatives into multiple formats and sizes while ensuring design accuracy.
• Up-to-date with the latest entertainment, pop culture, design, social media, and digital trends.
• Familiarity with AI tools and new-age creative workflows, with the ability to integrate them into the design process wherever relevant.
• Highly organized with the ability to deliver quality work within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Your Checklist

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling
• Good conceptual thinking with strong campaign visualization skills
• Understanding of AI-assisted creative tools and evolving design technologies
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms is preferred
• Knowledge of Canva or Figma is a bonus - and if you illustrate, even better.
