Executive - ADL

Job Responsibilities

To operate and calibrate laboratory instruments as per SOP.
To do literature search for new products and draft methods for taking trials.
To enlist and raise PR for any new chemical/ column required for new product trials.
Inward trial batches given by formulation team.
To take trials of active ingredients, intermediates and formulations.
To maintain all instrument log books, Log note books as per good documentation practices.
To prepare draft STS, STP of new drug products.
To prepare method development report and Certificate of analysis for methods finalized.
To prepare and perform HPLC column qualification of new column.
To prepare Qualification document and perform Qualification of new instrument.
To prepare, qualify and maintain reference standard and working standard as per respective STP.
To prepare stability protocol, method validation protocol and execute study as per protocol.
Efficient communication, Coordination and co-operation with inter-department and intra-department employee.
Responsible for force degradation protocol preparation, expectation and report preparation.
Responsible for analytical method review, analytical raw data, chromatograms, calculation sheets related to respective analysis.
Responsible for co-ordinate with cross functional department for ongoing analytical activities.
Responsible for respond and solve to analytical regulatory queries.
To develop and maintain Good Laboratory Practices.
