- Overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicating financial information to stakeholders, including executives, boards of directors, and investors.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Managing financial risks and ensuring effective risk management strategies are in place.
- Evaluating and recommending financial investments and new business opportunities.
- Leading finance teams and providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Staying up-to-date with financial market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with financial software and financial reporting tools.
