Support timely completion of month-end closures and reporting activities, including the estimation of relevant monthly provisions.

• Oversee major capital expenditure projects by reviewing CWIP and providing comprehensive status updates against budgeted investments. Ensure fixed asset verification is conducted according to the established schedule.
• Manage workflows for off-site manufacturing (OSM), including bill booking and coordination with the operations team to facilitate smooth processes.
• Participate actively in monthly reviews of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) with the FSSC, assisting in the resolution of discrepancies and outstanding action items.
• Serve as a key liaison for resolving billing, query, and payment issues within the business.
• Regularly review vendor contracts to confirm validity, ensure all eligible vendors are covered under appropriate agreements, and monitor contract expiration dates.
• Plan and coordinate effectively with external auditors for inventory physical counts, and collaborate with internal teams on cycle counts. Address variances promptly by providing
  
  

justifications and ensuring inventory adjustment entries are processed post-approval, thereby maintaining accurate stock records.

• Periodically review general ledger (GL) and cost center bookings to guarantee accurate financial transaction recording.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in internal controls by participating in process evaluations, releasing internal control reports, and supporting the implementation of recommended
  
  

action plans.

• Deliver efficient management accounting support and actively seek opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prioritize the timely preparation and distribution of exceptional management reports within established deadlines.
• Provide ad hoc support for business requirements, including working capital management and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives.
• Focus on establishing robust internal controls and driving continuous process improvements.
• Perform balance sheet reviews to address and close any outstanding items.
• Ensure thorough verification of inventory and fixed assets in line with company policies.
