  • Knowledge of BSP, Accounts Receivables
  • Handling escalation
  • Managing the collection of all payments and debts.
  • Strong follow up with the agents.
  • Responding to client inquiries.
  • Invoice submissions to client
  • Client receipts & Ledger reconciliation
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, other employees
  • Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met
