Job Description:
Profile: Executive - Finance & Accounts (CA Intermediate)
Location : Nagpur (On-site)
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Salary : 3 to 4.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
1. Auditing & Assurance
- Assist in conducting Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits.
- Vouching and verification of financial transactions, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare audit working papers and assist in drafting audit reports.
- Help in verifying fixed assets registers and physical inventory counts.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in computation of income tax and preparation of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals and corporates.
- Handle GST registration, computation of monthly liabilities, and filing of GSTR returns.
- Manage TDS calculations, challan generation, and quarterly TDS return filing.
- Assist in routine assessments, replying to basic queries, and notices from tax authorities.
3. Accounting & Financial Management
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and journal entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
4. Corporate Law (ROC)
- Assist with MCA / ROC filings, annual returns, and maintaining statutory registers.
- Help in drafting documents like Board Resolutions, Minutes, and Share Certificates.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Passed CA Intermediate (both groups preferred).
- Basic understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Income Tax Act, and GST laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
