Job Summary
We are looking for a
Facility Executive with a Hotel Management background to oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure a high standard of housekeeping, hospitality services, and workplace experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining service quality, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, pantry, and office maintenance.
Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Conduct regular facility inspections and address issues promptly.
- Housekeeping & Soft Services
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure service standards are maintained.
Monitor cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, and waste management.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation requirements.
Coordinate with facility vendors for services such as housekeeping, pest control, and maintenance.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery as per agreed SLAs.
Provide hospitality support for meetings, events, and visitors.
Ensure pantry services, meeting room arrangements, and office supplies are maintained.
- Client & Employee Support
Address facility-related complaints and service requests.
Maintain strong coordination with internal teams and clients.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Support implementation of EHS and sustainability initiatives.
Qualification
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience
24 years of experience in facility management, hospitality operations, or workplace services.

Basic MS Office knowledge
