About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive – Export Lead Generation & GTM Activities to support our international business development initiatives in the automotive and engineering sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying export opportunities, executing go-to-market (GTM) activities, and supporting exhibitions and business expansion initiatives globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate export business leads for automotive clamps and related
products.
Research global automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, distributors, and aftermarket
customers.
Develop and maintain a database of potential international customers.
Conduct market research for new countries, regions, and business opportunities.
Initiate customer communication through email, LinkedIn, trade portals, and other
business channels.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for RFQs and customer requirements.
Plan and execute GTM strategies for export business expansion.
Suggest relevant domestic and international exhibitions for participation.
Prepare exhibition proposals, cost analysis, and management approval
presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments for exhibition planning and execution.
Handle end-to-end exhibition activities including stall booking, branding, logistics,
promotional materials, and visitor engagement.
Support post-exhibition follow-ups and lead conversion activities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare presentations, business proposals, and marketing content. Coordinate with management for strategic business initiatives.
Track lead status and maintain regular MIS/reporting.
2–4 years of experience in export sales, lead generation, or GTM activities.
Experience in the automotive or engineering manufacturing industry preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of international markets and export business processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn outreach, and market research tools.
Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple activities
efficiently.
Exposure to international exhibitions and trade fairs.
Strong analytical and business development skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
