Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and highly organized professional to join our team as an Operations & Social Media Executive. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to seamlessly manage & strategize operations, events, shoots, and live tours. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for artists while ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities and brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Project Management
- Develop end-to-end strategies for live events, tours, fan engagements, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
- Conceptualize event formats, audience experiences, engagement activities, and promotional plans aligned with artist positioning.
- Build detailed project plans, execution timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for every event and campaign.
- Identify opportunities to enhance audience engagement through innovative event concepts and digital integrations.
- Ensure seamless execution from ideation to post-event analysis.
Campaign Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated campaign strategies for artist launches, music releases, tours, brand collaborations, and promotional initiatives.
- Conceptualize campaign themes, messaging, audience targeting, and rollout plans across digital and offline platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on audience insights and analytics.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance artist visibility and audience growth.
- Plan integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and partnerships.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns using audience insights and performance data.
Artist Operations & Management
- Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for assigned artists.
- Manage artist schedules, daily coordination, meetings, shoots and commitments.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, agencies, brands, production houses, promoters, and external stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, logistics, and artist requirements.
- Maintain artist calendars, documentation, contracts, and deadlines.
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies to strengthen artist visibility and engagement.
- Plan content calendars around tours, launches, performances, collaborations, and campaigns.
- Design engaging creatives, promotional assets, and campaign communication.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, posting schedules, audience engagement, and community management.
- Track platform trends, viral formats, and emerging features to keep artist profiles relevant.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Shoot, Event & Live Tour Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of photo shoots, video shoots, promotional campaigns, live performances, concerts, tours, and fan events.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, event organizers, agencies, venue partners, and technical teams.
- Prepare call sheets, itineraries, schedules, production briefs, and event documentation.
- Oversee on-ground execution and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure timely completion of post-event deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Creative & Brand Development
- Ideate innovative campaigns, collaborations, fan engagement initiatives, and promotional concepts.
- Support brand partnerships and identify new opportunities for artist growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, events, public appearances, and collaborations.
- Stay updated with entertainment trends, creator culture, live event innovations, and Gen-Z audience behavior.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain artist databases, contracts, project documentation, and operational records.
- Coordinate with finance teams regarding budgets, invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Support brand collaborations, sponsorship deliverables, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Handle urgent artist requirements and crisis communication whenever necessary.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with artists, partners, vendors, agencies, promoters, media, and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in event management, artist management, live entertainment, talent management, social media, or entertainment operations.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing events, tours, promotional campaigns, or large-scale entertainment projects.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
- Highly proactive, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and execution-driven.
- Strong understanding of Gen-Z culture, digital trends, entertainment, and audience engagement.
